| DrShapirosHairInstitute.com Dr. Larry J Shapiro This project was an unusual one for me because my clients are typically alternative health (mostly acupuncture) sites. But it interested me due to the real quirks. Dr. Shapiro is unusual - your typical heart-of-gold within a non-subtle exterior. His original site was extremely old, simple to the far-out extreme, and, to my eye and others, plain ugly. It needed organization, something to convey what he was doing, crispness, and a little grace. It needed more tact, better editing, testimonials from clients and more information about the doctor, his methodology and his practice. It needed general information for the user considering getting a hair transplant in the first place. We started with an arresting photo of a nice head of hair to inspire people, added facts & figures, added testimonials from clients in addition to the long video already on the site.
