Checking the lengths of the sections done so far.

We laid out the verticals, with x-joints every 2' and T's on the end, glued them up in the garage, and inserted 1/4" rebar into each length, and then glued the final T-joint. It was important to visually make sure that the x-joints and T's were all aligned horizontally. We also laid out each almost-complete length out beside a master to make sure that the lengths were identical and the x-joints were parallel.

Then it was easy to bring them out, secure them in place top and bottom, and add the cross pieces one by one.

The solexx needs to be secured 2' o.c., so we sized/spaced the PVC accordingly. All of the securing takes place on the horizontal pieces (the verticals contain rebar).
